§ 15-16-5-35 — "Unreasonable adverse effects on the environment"
As used in this chapter, "unreasonable
adverse effects on the environment" means an unreasonable risk to
humans or the environment, taking into account the economic, social,
and environmental costs and benefits of the use of any pesticide.
