§ 15-16-5-33 — "Registered technician"
As used in this chapter, "registered technician" means a person who:
(1)is not certified or licensed under this chapter;
(2)has registered with the state chemist; and
(3)is authorized to engage in the use of general use pesticide
products or fertilizer materials for hire.
