§ 15-16-5-19 — "Licensed pesticide business"
As used in this chapter, "licensed pesticide business" means any licensed person that owns, operates, or manages a business that is engaged in or professes to be engaged in:
(1)using any pesticide product, including restricted use
pesticides; or
(2)making diagnostic inspections or reports to determine
infestations of wood destroying pests.
