§ 15-16-4-76 — Condemnation costs
Whenever a decree of condemnation is entered under section 75(a) of this chapter against a pesticide product:
(1)court costs;
(2)fees;
(3)storage costs; and
(4)other proper expenses;
shall be awarded against the person, if any, intervening as claimant of
the pesticide product.
