Text
A person may not dispose of, discard, or store any pesticide products or pesticide containers in a manner that may cause injury to:
(1)humans;
(2)plants;
(3)animals;
(4)wildlife;
(5)lands; or
(6)waters;
except the pests that pesticide products are intended to prevent,
destroy, control, or mitigate.
