§ 15-16-4-65 — Confidential information; disclosure of violation

Indiana·Art. 16 HORTICULTURE CONTROL·Ch. 4 Pesticides
(a)Subject to subsection (b), the state chemist may, by rule, declare that information required under this chapter is confidential.
(b)Any findings related to a violation of this chapter or rules adopted under this chapter must be disclosed to the alleged violator before a:
(1)final determination is made; and
