§ 15-16-4-60 — Exemptions; used for research
Section 59(4) of this chapter does not apply to pesticides used in research by:
(1)the United States Department of Agriculture;
(2)the United States Department of Interior;
(3)the Purdue University agricultural research programs; or
(4)other persons who are qualified researchers as approved by the
board.
