§ 15-16-4-46 — Board; quorum
(a)Ten (10) voting members of the board
constitute a quorum.
(b)Official actions are subject to approval by a simple majority of
board members present at a called meeting.
(c)The chairperson shall actively participate in all decisions of the
board.
