Indiana Statutes
§ 15-16-4-39 — "Terrestrial ecologist"
As used in this chapter, "terrestrial ecologist" means a scientist with a degree in, extensive training in, or experience in at least one (1) of the following:
(1)Animal ecology.
(2)Plant ecology.
(3)Vertebrate natural history.
(4)Herpetology.
(5)Ornithology.
(6)Mammalogy.
(7)Field zoology.
