§ 15-16-4-30 — "Pesticide"
As used in this chapter, "pesticide" means:
(1)any substance or mixture of substances intended for:
(A)preventing;
(B)destroying;
(C)repelling; or
(D)mitigating;
a pest; and
(2)any substance or mixture of substances intended for use as a:
(A)plant regulator;
(B)defoliant; or
(C)desiccant.
