Indiana Statutes
§ 15-16-4-28 — "Person"
As used in this chapter, "person" means:
(1)an individual;
(2)a partnership;
(3)an association;
(4)a fiduciary;
(5)a corporation; or
(6)an organized group of persons;
whether incorporated or not.
