§ 15-16-4-27 — "Nematode"
As used in this chapter, "nematode", commonly known as a nema or an eelworm, means an invertebrate animal of the phylum nemathelminthes and class Nematoda that is an unsegmented roundworm:
(1)with an elongated, fusiform, or saclike body covered with
cuticle; and
(2)that inhabits soil, water, plants, or plant parts.
