Text
5. As used in this chapter, "material damage" means any:
(1)functional impairment of surface features, structures, or
facilities;
(2)physical change that has a significant adverse impact on the
nontarget site's capability to support any current or reasonably
foreseeable uses;
(3)significant loss in production or income; or
(4)significant change in condition, appearance, or utility of a
structure or facility.
