§ 15-16-3-9 — Rules; licensee qualifications and training
The state chemist may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to establish qualifications for licenses issued under this chapter,
including a training requirement necessary to assure that a person
responsible for a location described under section 8(a)(2) of this
chapter is in compliance with this chapter.
