Text

(a)To obtain a license described under section 7 of this chapter, a person must:
(1)submit an application; and
(2)pay a fee of one hundred dollars ($100) for each location from which the person distributes tank mixed liquid fertilizer:
(A)in Indiana; and
(B)outside Indiana that conducts operations in Indiana; to the state chemist.
(b)An application for a license issued under this chapter must include:
(1)the name and address of the person applying for the license; or
(2)if the application submitted applies to at least one (1) location described under subsection (a)(2), the name and address of each location. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-3-3.3-8.]
