§ 15-16-2-9 — "Custom blend"
As used in this chapter, "custom blend" means a commercial fertilizer blended:
(1)according to specifications provided to a blender in a soil test
nutrient recommendation; or
(2)to meet specific requests of a consumer (who is the end user)
before blending.
