§ 15-16-2-49 — Injunctions
The state chemist may apply for a temporary
or permanent injunction restraining any person from violating or
continuing to violate this chapter or any rule adopted under this
chapter. The injunction shall be issued without bond. The remedies
under this subsection are supplemental to other remedies allowed under
this section or other law.
