Text
(a)The board may meet at times specified
by the chairperson or by a majority of the board, but shall meet at least
once a year.
(b)Five (5) voting members of the board constitutes a quorum.
Official actions require a majority of the voting members. The
chairperson may actively participate in all decisions of the board.
