Text
(a)The office of state chemist is established.
(b)The governor shall appoint the state chemist, who serves at the
pleasure of the governor.
(c)The state chemist shall administer this chapter.
(d)The state chemist may designate an agent to discharge duties
imposed on the state chemist by law.
