§ 15-16-2-1 — State chemist; appointment
Because the department of biochemistry at
Purdue University is particularly conversant with the purpose and
procedures provided by this chapter, the general assembly desires that
the governor appoint a professor of biochemistry at Purdue University
as the state chemist.
