§ 15-16-10-6 — Terms of members; removal
(a)The term of a member of the council
appointed under this chapter is three (3) years.
(b)The term of each member of the council continues until a
successor has been appointed.
(c)The appointing authority who appointed a member of the council
may remove the member for cause.
