§ 15-15-5-28 — Rules
The commissioner may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to do the following:
(1)Describe the conditions and circumstances relating to seed to
which arbitration under this chapter is applicable.
(2)Supplement the procedures of the arbitration process set forth
in this chapter.
