§ 15-15-5-24 — Confidentiality of trade secrets and proprietary information
The council shall ensure that all trade secrets
and other information of a proprietary nature collected during the
course of an investigation under this chapter are kept confidential to the
degree necessary to ensure the property rights of the seller and the civil
rights of the buyer.
