Text

(a)The records kept by buyers of grain or seed under section 2 of this chapter must be available for inspection at any time by a law enforcement officer when attempting to trace the movements of grain or seed to determine whether any criminal laws of the state have been violated.
(b)All records described in subsection (a) must be kept for at least three (3) years. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-4-5-2.]
