Text
(a)As used in this chapter, "buyer of grain"
means a person, firm, limited liability company, or corporation
regularly engaged in the business of buying grain or seed produced on
a farm in Indiana.
(b)The term does not include a person that purchases grain or seed
if less than five (5) separate purchases are made by the person during
any one (1) year.
