§ 15-15-12-6 — "Director"
As used in this chapter, "director" refers to the
director of the Indiana state department of agriculture or the person
designated by the director of the Indiana state department of agriculture
to carry out duties imposed on the director of the Indiana state
department of agriculture under this chapter.
