§ 15-15-12-25 — Election judges; teller committee; traveling expenses
(a)The director shall appoint election
judges for the election of council members. The director shall also
appoint a teller committee to count absentee ballots and to canvass and
certify results of elections of council members.
(b)Each election judge or teller committee member appointed under
this section is entitled to reimbursement for traveling expenses and
other expenses actually incurred in connection with official duties, as
provided in the state travel policies and procedures established by the
Indiana department of administration and approved by the budget
agency, but is not entitled to any salary or per diem.
