§ 15-15-12-20 — Appointment of nonvoting council members
(a)When necessary, the council may
appoint individuals who hold offices of importance to the corn industry
or have special expertise concerning that industry to participate in the
work of the council. These individuals may not participate in votes
taken by the council but are eligible for reimbursement for traveling
expenses.
(b)A person appointed under this section serves a term of three (3)
years.
(c)A person appointed under this section may not serve for more
than three (3) consecutive full terms.
