Text
(a)The term of office of an elected or
appointed council member is three (3) years. A member's term of office
expires at the end of the final marketing year in the term. However, a
member continues in office until a successor who meets the
qualifications set forth in section 17(b) of this chapter is elected.
(b)An elected or appointed council member may not hold office for
more than three (3) consecutive full terms.
