§ 15-15-11-6 — "Handler"
As used in this chapter, "handler" means a person who engages in the selling, marketing, or distribution of an agricultural commodity that the person:
(1)has purchased for resale; or
(2)is marketing on behalf of a producer.
The term includes a producer who distributes an agricultural
commodity that the producer has produced.
