§ 15-15-11-13 — Commodity market development; advice to dean

Indiana·Art. 15 HORTICULTURE PRODUCTS·Ch. 11 Promotion of Agricultural Products

The dean of agriculture shall be guided by the advice, recommendations, and assistance of the commodity market development council about:

(1)the collection and expenditures of funds; and
