§ 15-15-1-9 — "Kind"

As used in this chapter, "kind" means one (1) or more related species or subspecies of plant that singly or collectively are known by one (1) common name, including corn, oats, alfalfa, and timothy. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-4-1-3(j).]
