§ 15-14-7-2 — County appropriation for 4-H clubs
Indiana·Art. 14 AGRICULTURAL FAIRS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND·Ch. 7 Allowance for Tax Levy Procedure for Support of
Subject to section 3 of this chapter, the
executive of a county may make an appropriation from the county
general fund to a 4-H club that promotes the agricultural and
horticultural interests of the county.
