§ 15-13-8-8 — Deposit of funds; audit
(a)The commission may deposit revenues not
set forth in section 3 of this chapter in funds:
(1)other than the fund; and
(2)created under the commission's accounting system.
(b)Funds created under the commission's accounting system are
subject to audit by the state board of accounts.
