§ 15-13-6-5 — Duty to provide information; staff
(a)As requested by the advisory committee,
the:
(1)commission; or
(2)board;
shall provide to the advisory committee information relating to the
operation of each, respectively.
(b)The legislative services agency shall provide staff for the
advisory committee.
