§ 15-13-6-2 — Advisory committee; members; vacancy; appointments
(a)The advisory committee consists of the
following members:
(1)Four (4) members of the senate, not more than two (2) of
whom are members of the same political party, appointed by the
president pro tempore of the senate.
(2)Four (4) members of the house of representatives, not more
than two (2) of whom are members of the same political party,
appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives.
(b)A member appointed under subsection (a) serves until the first
day of the first regular session of the next general assembly following
the member's appointment.
(c)A vacancy on the advisory committee shall be filled for the
unexpired term by the appointing authority who appointed the member
whose position is vacant.
