§ 15-12-4-1 — "Director"; "remediation program"
The following definitions apply throughout this chapter:
(1)"Director" refers to the director of the Indiana state department
of agriculture or the director's designee.
(2)"Remediation program" refers to the program established
under section 2 of this chapter.
