As used in this chapter, "person" includes the following:
(1)Individuals.
(2)Firms.
(3)Partnerships.
(4)Business trusts.
(5)Limited liability companies.
(6)Corporations.
(7)Executors.
(8)Administrators.
(9)Receivers.
(10)Bodies politic or political subdivisions.
