4."Gatekeeper", for purposes of IC 12-24,
IC 12-25, and IC 12-26, means an entity identified in IC 12-24-12-10
that is actively involved in the evaluation and planning of and
treatment for a committed individual beginning after the commitment
through the planning of the individual's transition back into the
community, including case management services for the individual in
the community.
