Indiana Statutes
§ 12-7-2-28 — "Child"
"Child" means the following:
(1)For purposes of IC 12-17.2, an individual who is less than
eighteen (18) years of age.
(2)For purposes of IC 12-26, the meaning set forth in IC 31-9-2-13(d).
