§ 12-7-2-28 — "Child"

Indiana·Art. 7 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS·Ch. 2 Definitions

"Child" means the following:

(1)For purposes of IC 12-17.2, an individual who is less than eighteen (18) years of age.
(2)For purposes of IC 12-26, the meaning set forth in IC 31-9-2-13(d). [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 16-14-9.1-11.5.]
