Text
A child care ministry is exempt from
licensure under this article if the child care ministry complies with this
chapter. However, a child care ministry may apply for licensure. If a
license is issued to the child care ministry, the child care ministry shall
comply with state laws and rules governing licensure of the type of
facility that the ministry operates.
