§ 11-8-9-2 — Oath; conditions of employment
An individual appointed as a correctional police
officer under section 1 of this chapter shall take an appropriate oath of
office in the form and manner prescribed by the commissioner. A
correctional police officer serves at the pleasure of the commissioner.
