§ 11-8-8-2 — "Local law enforcement authority"

Indiana·Art. 8 GENERAL PROVISIONS: DEPARTMENT OF·Ch. 8 Sex Offender Registration

As used in this chapter, "local law enforcement authority" means the:

(1)chief of police of a consolidated city; or
(2)sheriff of a county that does not contain a consolidated city.
