Text
A person committed to the department may not, without the express consent of the department:
(1)conduct a private business on department grounds or use the
services or resources of the department for a private enterprise;
(2)use a department facility as the principal office for a business;
(3)use a post office box provided by the department for persons
committed to the department as a business address;
(4)solicit funds or contributions for any purpose while in the
custody or under the control of the department; or
(5)do business with the department or provide a service for profit
to persons committed to the department.
