§ 11-8-4-20 — Authority of commissioner to carry out compact; delegation of authority

The commissioner is hereby authorized and directed to do all things necessary or incidental to the carrying out of this compact in every particular and he may in his discretion delegate this authority. As added by Acts 1979, P.L.120, SEC.1.
