§ 11-8-4-16 — Effective date

Indiana·Art. 8 GENERAL PROVISIONS: DEPARTMENT OF·Ch. 4 Interstate Corrections Compact
This compact shall enter into force and become effective and binding upon the states so acting when it has been enacted into law by any two (2) states. Thereafter, this compact shall enter into force and become effective and binding as to any other of said states upon similar action by such state. As added by Acts 1979, P.L.120, SEC.1.
