Indiana Statutes
§ 11-8-1-9 — "Offender"
"Offender" means:
(1)a criminal offender, which is a person of any age who is
convicted of a crime; or
(2)a delinquent offender, which is a person who is adjudged
delinquent by a juvenile court.
