§ 11-8-1-6 — "Confined"
"Confined" has the same meaning as "committed" except it does not refer to any part of:
(1)parole;
(2)a minimum security assignment to a program requiring
periodic reporting to a designated official; or
(3)intermittent service of a term of imprisonment;
that does not entail imprisonment in a correctional or penal facility.
