§ 11-8-1-5 — "Committed"

"Committed" means placed under the custody or made a ward of the department of correction. The term includes a minimum security assignment, including an assignment to a community transition program under IC 11-10-11.5. As added by Acts 1979, P.L.120, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.90-2000, SEC.1.
