Text

A probation officer may:

(1)visit and confer with any person under investigation or under his supervision;
(2)exercise those powers necessary to carry out his duties; and
(3)act as a parole officer for the department when requested by the department and when the request is approved by the court. As added by Acts 1979, P.L.120, SEC.6.
